“Closed buildings” will have their exterior doors locked continually. Faculty/staff occupants of the building can use their key or ID card to enter. Neither students – both graduate and undergraduate – nor guests should have access.

Open Buildings/Spaces

“Open Buildings or Spaces” will have their exterior door unlocked for designated periods of time and/or student use may be allowed.

  • Campus Center (Open by electronic key/ID card; access limited to BMC students, faculty and staff):
    • Common areas: Open all days from 8 am – 5 pm and with card access for undergraduate students in residence until midnight
    • Post Office: No campus delivery but the window will be open; see Mailroom section of this page for details
    • Bookstore: See Bookshop section of this page for more details
    • Uncommon Grounds: Closed
  • Campus Safety/Maloney Building
  • Health Center: Open weekdays only during limited hours; see the Health Center website
  • New Dorm Dining Hall: Open during designated hours for take-out only; see the Dining Services website
  • Residence Halls: Open by electronic key ONLY to the residents of that specific building
